Hospice

H is for the help I got in my time of need

O is for the open arms that embraced my family

S is for the special people that came both night and day

P is for the peace I felt knowing they were on their way

I is for the individual care given to those being called back home

C is for the way they care – you will never feel alone

E is most important, at least in my mind for the endless support for those left behind
